I have had a lengthy “on again/off again” relationship with gyms and fitness clubs. I have tried many approaches including Nautilus training, and various cardio programs. In the end, while I enjoyed the fitness benefit of some of these programs, I always ended up being dissatisfied with the lack of personal guidance or for that matter any guidance at all.
I started Pilates classes at 360 Fitness Revolution two years ago and was instantly hooked. The approach to each class allows everyone to challenge themselves at their own level while providing a balanced and graduated program where you can really measure improvements weekly.
Soon after, I reluctantly joined a Spinning program, thinking I’d hate it, but because of Alex’s great motivational techniques, supportive class spirit and terrific music, I found I started looking forward to spinning classes and was proud of my achievement. All of the group classes are as fun as they are challenging. Total Body Conditioning is one of my personal favorites, combining an equal balance of cardio and strength training. At 360FR you will never feel like one of the nameless/faceless drones just there to pay your gym dues, but you will find a fun, challenging and always personal experience.

Alex is great, she puts her all into every class. Her instruction is awesome as she teaches how to work out in a smart manner, building strength and endurance in a healthy way. The classes are open to anyone, yet you feel like you're in a private class as Alex always takes the time to make sure you are working out correctly! I’m fairly new to Spinning and Alex has had the patience to help keep me going. She has been supportive and provides just the right amount of push to make me work harder. I really like the fact that there are several types of classes to choose from. She keeps it interesting and we never know what to expect from one class to the next! The environment is intimate, but you get all of the training and support you would (maybe) get at a large gym. I feel like I have a personal trainer!
