The IMPACT 4-week program starts on the first Monday of every month
IMPACT is an intense conditioning program that will help you in reaching the upper limits of your metabolism, gaining a fit physique, a detoxified healthy body and an abundance of energy. Its strategic format provides a combination of exercises that will get you fit or fitter, Fast!
The program consists of three (3) 60-min sessions per week for 4 weeks. Attending every session is key to achieving amazing results. Within each week, the sessions will focus on a different area of the body. For example on session 1 we will focus on working the lower body, session 2 targets the upper body and on session 3 we will focus on the all-important midsection and core. As the weeks progress, the format remains the same but the exercises increase in intensity as you become stronger.

An informative nutrition workshop focused on enhancing your metabolism and maximizing your results. This workshop will focus on eating for peak performance and how to keep up with your new level of activity.
An initial fitness assessment to document your starting point and establish goals.
Follow up emails for every session to re-cap the work and provide additional success tips and related articles and topics.
The program also includes before and after photos, nutritional log feedback and ongoing coaching.
Those participants who attend the nutrition workshop, all 12 program sessions, participate in the pre-and post assessments, read and apply the follow up e-mails and follow the nutrition guide will see the most dramatic results in one month. Expect fantastic results.

Each session is complete with a 10 minute warmup and a successful calorie-blasting, metabolism-boosting formula that combines Speed, Agility and Quickness (SAQ) drills, Strength Conditioning, Cardiovascular as well as core-strengthening exercises.
