Sunrise Spin

 

An energizing Spinning class to wake up the body and mind. A long warm up gets you ready to work at your pace, cruise flat roads, climb hills and enjoy the rest of your day. Low-end intervals.

After Work Spin

 

Are you in need of an activity to bring you back in balance after a long day at work? We have just the thing for you! Bring water, a towel and your corporate frustrations, we'll get your sanity back. No blackberries allowed in the spin room.

360 Energy Spin

 

A lively Spinning class perfect for team games, theme rides and whatever the mood calls for. Energy spin will take you from low to high and back in the interval spectrum. Bring a towel, a water bottle and a good disposition!

360 Strength Spin

 

This class varies between a pure strength ride to strength intervals. But, what does that mean!?

 

It means that we will work on climbing skills and techniques. We will work on muscle endurance, muscle strength or both! You will enjoy the hills, the wonderful tunes and the camaraderie.

360 Sunday Challenge

 

90 minutes of pure bliss. Take a long ride to burn some serious calories and work on building stamina and endurance. This class will get you energized and ready to handle whatever comes your way. Participants who prefer to ride for 60 minutes only are also welcome!

Strength, Balance & Flow

 

This class combines a new approach to strength training using the resist-a-ball and other innovative tools with segments on balance training (for core strength and stability) and flowing whole-body movement. This class will help you in losing weight and getting stronger while facilitating muscular balance, joint mobility and stability. 

Essential Mat Pilates

 

Essential Pilates will introduce participants to the Pilates principles. This class is ideal for people who have never taken a Pilates class or simply would like to refresh the Pilates basic principles and repertoire. We will focus on mindful breathing while challenging and strengthening the core. Modifications are provided specific to client’s needs.
