360 Fitness Revolution is a Pilates and Fitness Studio located in Franklin, Massachusetts. We provide Pilates and Personal Training services in a private and semi-private setting.

About Alex

Alex Leemon is a Certified Personal Trainer and Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She is also a fitness and nutrition specialist through the Penn-Foster Institute. Alex is a Star-3 Certified Spinning® Instructor with nearly ten years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry.

 

Alex is also a Martial Artist, having practiced TaeKwonDo since the tender age of 11 and currently holds two Massachusetts State championships in Poomse and breaking techniques.

 

She received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with concentrations in Healthcare and International Management from Fisher College. Alex plans to continue graduate studies on Human Movement and Sport Conditioning to further enhance her fitness and wellness training.

 

Alex is currently pursuing the Balanced Body University Pilates Certification program which includes over 500 hours of classroom work, personal practice, mentoring and teaching practice.
